Circular web sites – you think you are making progress but you get back to the same screen as earlier without complet-
ing the task.

I very seldom interact with the ‘bot’ on websites. At the moment they are not helpful at all – see next slide. Sites often
make it very difficult to find the ‘easy’ way to contact a human!

Nothing said here is wrong, but it didn’t answer the question…
