            10. Newsletter & Club Website

            The newsletter had been well received by members



            11. Recruitment & Retention.
            Membership has shown a small decline over the year. Members were asked to try and recruit new members when the
            opportunity arises.


            12. Feedback on the Previous Year’s Programme & Future Topics

             The committee were mindful of the topics and membership requirements. However, without members input, it is difficult
            to maintain a good and interesting programme. The committee re-iterated their plea for topics – even repeats of previous
            presentations.
            Graham Rock suggested we look to revisiting 103 The Eye as it has been some years since the last visit. Graham agreed
            to look into sorting a time and date.


            12. Any Other Business

            None

            Meeting closed at 8.55 pm.



            For his President’s report this year, Barry Gilchrist gave members an insight into what he finds annoying in
            the computer industry. What does not work!!!!
