The above slide shows some text where there are no paragraph spacing, an awful font to read and only left
            justification.




























            Now we have separated the paragraphs, used a sensible font and justified the text to give a much more pro-
            fessional look and is easier to read.


            Some other considerations you may want to think about.




























            If you want to personalise your document, maybe with a business or club logo, page numbers and any other
            information that will personalise the document, consider using headers and footers.
            A header is text that is placed at the top of a page, while a footer is placed at the bottom, or foot, of a page.
            Typically, these areas are used for inserting document information, such as the name of the document, the
            chapter heading, page numbers, creation date and the like.


            If you will need to export your document then considering your audience is key. Remember, the recipient
            may not be able to read the document in its current format. If the audience is fairly wide ranging consider
