Well, that’s Linux out of the way. What about Windows?
Windows permissions control access to files and folders, allowing users to perform specific actions like read-
ing, writing, or executing files. There are two main types of permissions: NTFS permissions, which apply to
files and folders on NTFS-formatted drives, and share permissions, which apply to shared folders accessed
over a network.
