A few webcam sites were mentioned – particularly those watching the Ospreys at Rutland Water and the one
covering the Peregrine Falcon in Nottinghamshire.

There are plenty of sites to visit – including https://www.earthcam.com/ for cameras all over the world.
Be careful how you search for live webcams as you may end up on sites that are offering more than you’d ex-
pect!

A final point mentioned was What3Words (https://what3words.com/) – the system that divides the world into
squares and gives everyone a three word reference.
If you look at the Police Station in Melton any of the following are within that site (this is not a complete list).

///regard.marble.ranch ///those.buns.gasp ///lives.took.poker
///cake.modern.post ///pines.dice.blocks ///ducks.really.oppose

///runner.sugars.coherent ///debit.appear.audio ///waters.bleak.nuns
Etc..

If you look up ///runner.sugar.coherent you end up in Memphis.
So, correct spelling (singular/plural) is essential to get the ‘address’ correct.

I guess this is no different to ensuring that any numbers referenced in latitude and longitude are all written out
correctly.

What3Words is becoming popular and I guess we may all have to get to grips with it. If you review the site a lot
of companies have started to adopt the system.
The one upside is that if you want to use this system, you can look at your property and choose which reference
you want to use – i.e. the one that suits you best, and it may not be the one at the front door!
