9. Photographic Competition
Members agreed to forgo giving prizes for individual class winners in the future. An overall prize will be given
as well as a thankyou to our judge. It was felt that the trophy had also outgrown its use and would no longer be
presented each year.

Last year’s Competition showed up an anomaly with AI produced results (albeit declared prior to judging).
Members felt that there ought to be a separate unjudged category for declared AI produced pictures to maintain
the spirit of the competition.

Bob Eagle agreed to sort the categories out again for 2024.

10. Newsletter & Club Website
The newsletter had been well received by members

11. Recruitment & Retention.
Membership has shown a small decline over the year. Members were asked to try and recruit new members
when the opportunity arises.

12. Feedback On The Previous Year’s Programme & Future Topics
Having received an email from a past member, that topics, on occasions, were too technical. The committee
were mindful of the topics and membership requirements. However, without members input, it is difficult to
maintain a good and interesting programme. The committee re-iterated their plea for topics – even repeats of
previous presentations.
