DS223 - 2 Bay NAS Server. Hard drives will cost you extra.

An alternative option, if you have an old computer lying around collecting dust is to covert it into a NAS unit
using FREE NAS or TRUE NAS software – both of which are free open-source products.

TRUE NAS offers one free and two paid for packages dependent on your needs. The free version is aimed at
the home user.

Update: As of 2022, Free NAS is now known as True NAS Core, and is available for download from the
TrueNAS website. There are several key differences between the newly named True NAS product solutions:
