So where to buy?

Steve was looking for a cheap PC and found a Dell that fitted his purpose for the fraction of a new model.

The dell is easy to access and uprate where necessary, like putting in a new SSD drive.

Not bothered about putting Windows on to the device, Steve chose to use Ubuntu Mate as the operating sys-
tem which satisfied the constrictions of the device.
