The analogue system will be hard wired with its own separate power supply, control box and monitor. They are signif-
icantly cheaper compared to IP cameras, especially when you need several cameras installed. Analog cameras are easy
to use with no learning curve. High definition (HD) analogue cameras are now available in the market and have great-
ly improved the image and video quality. Analog cameras record images and then send the signal over a coaxial cable
to a DVR (Digital Video Recorder).
